When I downloaded it I realized it was worst than the ME version. Okay I take that back, it is more fluid. I don’t know them using icons for the menu makes it annoying for me. I hated that about the office 2007.  The graphics are so annoying. I rather actually know what the heck it is that I’m clicking, it’s nice for looks I’ll give those points to microsoft but come on! It’s so annoying to find what you need and would be nice if you can turn it off but you can’t. Your stuck with navigating with buttons that may or may not be what you imagine them to be at least you can never go wrong with file, edit. Using words would have been better.

Anyway back to the product. IT sucks. No offense, okay yes a lot of offense. I’ve been using this movie maker for so long. after 9 years it still hasn’t improved MUCH if at all. What the hell man? 9 years and they’ve made it even more simple? Okay I get it so that beginners can make videos but you should at least have the extra options for the more advanced users. I don’t want to make stupid videos. And just before everyone gets on me, and tells me to go use other programs and it’s for free. Yes, I know there are other video editing programs. I’m not stupid. But is it so much to ask for a good decent one for windows and from microsoft that simply is good to use that’s free? Imovie is good and gets better with each release. but Windows movie maker? It hasn’t had much  progress with all the time it has been developed. The live version actually goes back a lot of steps. It takes out all the good features. I don’t mind that they made it simple for beginners but did they have to take all the good things out? It’s already behind as it is. It only exports as windows media video files? Come on how lame is that?

There is no new efffects and much if any at all. Not many good new features. If any at all. You have even less options with how to edit your video/picture. And even less audio/video tracks. Actually there is no timeline so editing becomes even more difficult to be honest. At least for me. It’s so simple that it’s hard to make a good or even a decent video. And it still does that stupid boxing effect with the videos where it frames the video with black bars. I don’t know why after all these damn years that hasn’t been removed. I don’t mind it as an option but if I don’t ask for it why are you framing my video in a box? It’s nice as an option but not if it’s forced on you. It makes the video smaller. If I wanted that it’s okay but…oh forget it. This video editing tool sucks. No questions asked. Now I’m going to probably think more about getting a new Mac computer to use their software.

All in all I’m just disappointed by this update. It plain and simple was a bad update. It could have been so much better. But nope it’s just as the vista update of windows movie maker.

UPDATE: I just bid yesterday and thought I’d win I spend 21 dollars on is STILL auctioning. And it’s way beyond what I was going to pay for it. It’s even higher then what the last winner paid for how ridiculous. If I pay anymore soon I’ll be BUYING it retail which is useless because if I wanted that I’d go out and have bought it. They are smart even though they downplay it. They tug at the human psyche. They know we as people are all greedy and we don’t want to let others win we just want to get it for ourselves so therefore we won’t be smart and stop when it’s still inexpensive like at say around 15 dollars or less, because we’re so focused on getting it we sometimes go PAST the amount it’s even worth. Seriously they are smart. I just can’t stand however that there is no faster ending time or a set time or less time added it just seems so BS that some auction could go on forever.

the cw network isn’t bad the shows the offer aren’t all that bad. Sure 90210 isn’t my favorite nor is america’s next top model. But both supernatural and smallville are good shows. Onetreehill caters to the older audience now which is nice. I feel like these are shows that on another network would probably have more people watching. Supernatural has very good cinematography. At least to me. But the fact that it’s on the CW gives it low ratings.

I was never interested in the other networks to be honest. I found my comedy all on the UPN and the WB, and my drama and etc. I never had to tune on to another network. because there are some good shows on the CW and the fact is the CW just needs to broaden it’s viewership. yes the girls watching are exciting but come on the age range is so small and what about the guys? there need to be more shows focused on the guys of the viewership. There needs to be another good show for guys paired with smallville. The network also needs comedies if not then bring back sunday for more dramas not are not focused on pretty rich white people. The network is overall saturated with that. They need more diverse people and shows.

the reaper and privileged were good shows just not on the network. But those shows brought in other audience especially reaper.

I hope they get back on track. seeing as how supernatural and smallville are their top-rated show says something about their target demographic. They need to target us guys more.

I used to love verizon as DSL is very cheap compared to the other services which to be honest there isn’t much of. Verizon has bad connection possibly because I’m not rich. That’s my only explanation since they haven’t given me one themselves. Okay I get it there is an outage in my area, every day. Everytime I call my area is in trouble or experiencing difficulties of some sort. But seriously I’m saying that’s everytime I call. I call almost daily because that’s how often my connection stops. And for all the money I pay monthly which is enough to buy me 4 outfits and then some it just isn’t right. If I were rich I probably wouldn’t mind but since I live life in the cheap lane, it’s a problem. I have to shell out 30 something a month and that’s ridiculous not to mention I’ve already changed my modem several times! They are so stupid! I’m very much disappointed. When I first got verizon back in 2004 or earlier? Can’t remember I loved it. Now it’s getting worse and worse. The fact that I have to call them every day isn’t fun. It stresses me out. I feel like I’m wasting time talking to the technicians who to be honest can’t help me with anything. My problem isn’t the connection of the moment it’s the overall connection from verizon. They said they’d come to my place to fix it.

Nope never arrived. Fix my neighborhood line/box, never came. When I asked to speak to higher authorities I couldn’t. That’s just ridiculous. If I could pick something with better service that was cheaper I would. But sadly my only other option is fios or cable. The first one is not available in my neighborhood and according to on of the sales represenatives who had a nice attitude told me it’s going to be available in 3 years and 10 years. Uh by then I could be dead, and I don’t think I’d get much of a fast connection underground, I have the same speed as dial-up in my basement.

Overall I wish the connection could be better. I know complaining, yap yap. Yeah I am complaining but that’s just because when I complain to the technicians all they say is we’ll escalate this. Yeah for the 40th time. Or better yet, I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Yeah I know you’re sorry. I don’t care if you are I want a stable good and fast connection. What can I do with your apologies? I can’t connect to the internet with that. Nor does it help for you to take note of what I say or send it to the main office because it seems like for the past 5 years they never gave a shit.

well this episode was actually quite good. Riley and Jonah got a little interesting. Ella was boring. David was boring. Auggie was interesting…So was Violet Foster…it was odd how creepy she became. Lauren was so stupid. But actually she’s probably one of the more interesting people of this show. It’s kinda stupid though with her sleeping around for money. Hasn’t she ever heard of well a part-time job? or uh a loan? I like Lauren but her character is so unbelievable. Even lazy ass me would never whore myself out. Sure times are difficult, I can relate. Can’t pay your bills or tuition that’s believable but making yourself a hooker as the only option? Really? She can’t just ask for money or get a loan/job. This is the ONLY thing that comes to mind for her? Hmm that’s pretty sad. She feels stupid and regretful for being a prostitute and she actually is going to med school but she has no brain whatsoever of how to get money without selling yourself, that to me seems very fake. She could have resorted to other things. None of which included or needed to do with selling her body.

Overall this episode was good pacing was nice. Something well 90210 needs to learn.

I was hoping for a stronger storyline. Aside from their revamped opening video which also isn’t as good as the 1st one, this storyline really is boring. I know it’s just the first episode but if that can’t get new audience or old hooked then I don’t know how they plan to get people to watch. The girls have no character. Their personalities all feel too much alike. The fact that Naomi and Silver and Adriana became friends is just odd. They just BECAME friends again. I don’t know, I’m hoping the show will get better. Better storylines better characterization and even better personalities/plots. Cheers to that!

Anyway since I am into drama and teens I watch CW although to be honest none of the teens actually look like teens they look like they are my age twenties but that’s because they are.

Now if you haven’t heard or seen 90210 has been remade since september 2008 the show is not really a remake but a relaunch I would say.

It has a new group of characters and is I would say an updated version of the Beverly Hills drama. I never really watched the original I’ve watched a little mostly when Shannen Doherty was still there and really just clips. I remember watching the later years when they were in college with my cousin another clip with Jennie Garth. Anyway the show was okay for the time I guess. Nowadays obviously teen life is so different. But not even comparing it with the old Beverly Hills 90210 since I never really watched it, just as a show in it’s own right it really is bad.  The storylines are wack and out of control.

First off Annie comes to school and out of no where is friends with everyone. She goes to parties like she has lived a rich life. I don’t know it all seems very odd. But even besides that. Just the way the relationships form are weird. One minute they don’t know each other and the next Liam is throughing Navid a party? Silver is fine and then outta no where she goes pyscho. Naomi is just boring. Her sister is even worst. The only redeeming factor for the show is when Annie finally got nasty and put Naomi in her place, besides that this show has been downhill. There is almost nothing ever going on. I’ve watched every episode and let me to tell you it’s been a hard time. Watching all these episodes really sucked.

And trust me I’ve much almost all the episodes. None of which were interesting. I kept on hoping for it to get better but the only good thing was Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth. The rest of the show really is a bad version of Degrassi: The Next Generation. I’m sorry but even in those 22 minutes of degrassi they manage to have interesting things going on. On the other hand in 90210′s whole 45 minutes or so there isn’t much going on. Neither in terms of good storylines or character development. Let’s have a good example. Adriana, Annie, Silver, Naomi feel like 1 character played by several girls. There is no depth and this is not the actors fault but rather the writers fault. They are not giving the characters much story to go on. Silver is bipolar and that’s about it. Naomi is spoiled because her father cheated on her mother and she’s a bitch. That’s nice. Adrianna does drugs and Navid loves her but never stopped her from doing drugs before. Annie is a good girl with a bad side. Or so they keep trying to push that image.

The guys are not that much better. Navid loved Adrianna since they were young but he never stopped her from using drugs or even gave her hints all these years? Liam is a bad boy but he’s too confused about his own life to know if he even is a bad boy or just lost. Dixon is a good boy and wants nothing to do with Silver after she goes nuts and than is back with her. Ethan is a cool kid but than he as a character has been neglected.

I don’t know how I feel about this show it’s just odd. I mean there was so much more either put in more interesting characters or make the existing ones interesting. You can’t relate to them because they have no story and you can’t watch them because they are so boring.

I’m dreading the Melrose Place remake. They can’t even handle this one should they really busy themselves…?
